Ensembles
From the concert band two ensembles have sprung forth - one from the clarinet section and the other from the sax section. Initially established to improve sectional cohesion and members listening skills, both ensembles have flourished and perform at events where the scale of the concert band is less suitable.​ Both ensembles are available for hire, playing a selection of light classical, latin, swing and popular music.​​​​​​​​

Clarinet Ensemble
The clarinet ensemble was formed in 2023 and has a broad repertoire to suit most occasions, featuring classical, jazz and popular pieces. Our aim is to provide background music to enhance your special event in your home, garden or other venue. We also offer a special Christmas programme of tunes and carols. We have performed at a number of local indoor and outdoor venues, including background music at the Gap Festival Opera in 2024. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Saxophone Ensemble
The saxophone ensemble was formed in 2023 and performs a variety of genres including jazz, blues, ragtime and marches. We have performed in local pubs and at private functions, and have music accommodating for both background playing and focused performances.
